Does the bed clamp and boot allow for abduction of the well leg? The surgeon would like the well leg abducted as far as possible.

The only adjustment on the leg holder itself is for the length of the leg. The abduction and lithotomy is controlled by the clamp that is used with the holder. An easy lock, direct or tri clamp will allow for rotation in lithotomy and the abduction could be obtained by loosening the clamp abducting the leg and locking the clamp again. However the leg holder itself does not articulate in this fashion without adjusting the clamp, which may not be desired when the patient's leg is in the holder. Certain stirrup models do offer these types of adjustments as a possible substitute.
