  • Factory installed upgrade only for item #P-6000.  When purchased with a P-6000 stool, the stool will not have a separate back rest,  only the Procedure rest will be installed. 
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with optional arm rest item #P-6000-D

Returns

Request for Return must be submitted to Customer Service within 14 days of product receipt. All returns must be in unused, resalable condition in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be deducted at the discretion of the manufacturer. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.
